Capra Group provides trained, uniformed security guards to properties in Dubai and across the UAE. We have been licensed by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA), Dubai’s security regulator, since March 2022, and today more than 150 of our guards work on client sites, from residential towers and offices to hotels and construction sites.
Every assignment starts with your site, not a standard package. We look at your entrances, opening hours, visitors and risks, then propose the number of guards, the shift pattern and the duties that fit. You have one point of contact at Capra Group for rosters, changes and reports.
What our security guards do
- Control entry to the building and check visitors, contractors and deliveries
- Patrol the site, car parks and perimeter at set times
- Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms where your site has them
- Keep visitor and key logs and write clear incident reports
- Act first in an emergency and guide evacuations with your building team
- Give residents, staff and guests a courteous first point of contact
Where we provide security guards
Our guards work in many kinds of property, and each sector has its own page with more detail:
- Residential towers and communities
- Offices and business centres
- Hotels and serviced apartments
- Retail stores and shopping areas
- Industrial, warehouse and construction sites
- Schools, clinics, banks and government buildings
How we keep standards high
Our guards are trained to SIRA standards through First Security Group Training Centre, and each guard is briefed on your site before the first shift: entrances, procedures, key contacts and what to report.
Supervisors check posts and performance on site. Our own staff app records each guard’s attendance and shifts, and clients can log in to see the staff assigned to their site.
