What we collect

Information you give us. When you ask for a free estimate we receive the details you enter: the services you are interested in, the type and location of the property, when you need us, any notes, your name, email address, phone number, company and how you prefer to be contacted. We also receive whatever you send us by email or tell us on the phone, and the CV and details you send if you apply for a job at hr@capragroup.ae.

Information collected automatically. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time) so the site stays secure and working. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Please do not send us sensitive information (such as health, religious or financial details) through the website. We do not need it to prepare an estimate.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your estimate.
To provide our services if you become a client, and to keep the related records.
To consider your job application.
To keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not use it for marketing by other companies, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your information because you asked us to (for example, to send you an estimate), to take steps before entering into a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe and working website, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with providers who help us run this website, and only for that purpose:

FormSubmit delivers your estimate request to our inbox by email.
Vercel hosts the website.
Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
Google, only if you choose to load the map on our contact page.

We may also disclose information to government or regulatory authorities in the UAE (such as SIRA or Dubai Police) when the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE; we use established providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to UAE law.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and general enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
Client records: for as long as UAE law requires us to keep them.
Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
Technical logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or stop how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Email info@capragroup.ae and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Keeping it safe

The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the staff who need your information to reply to you can see it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Other websites

Links to our social media pages and to Google Maps take you to websites run by other companies. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
